Service Description

We will offer a 2-hour long seminar breaking down nutrition and wellness in a simple and concise manner, per your business' availability. We will offer a questionnaire prior to the seminar collecting information that can help us individualize to your employees’ needs. As always, we leave ~30 minutes for your employees’ questions. Nutrition information is misguided and confusing. We have worked with hundreds of individuals and many businesses to offer clearer and more sustainable advice to health. We meet the person where they’re at and offer suggestions based on THEIR lifestyle and goals. We firmly believe a healthier employee = better performance at their job.
